Shortcode for cool "numbers against circle"?

I'd like to use the bold, reverse-colored numbers like the Live Preview here:

(I'm talking about the numbers that are shown in the "dropcap" spaces in the paragraphs.)

I'd like to use them for section titles, with the number on the left and an H2 or H3 title text to the right. Something like:
(1) Apply for registration

Can this be done with a shortcode or will it take some custom HTML or CSS work? Either way, I'd be interested.

OK I've found it's [dropcap2] but I would like to make it a color different than the primary theme color. Where would that CSS control be?

Hey,
add following code to css/style(1/2/3).css and change the color value:
```
.dropcap2, .dropcap3 {
    background: #3F4C6B !important;
}
```
