Where can I exactly find a list of all the shortcodes for this theme? I'm kind of lost :/

I'm sorry - there is no official list of all included shortcodes. But nearly all shortcodes are described in the documentation which is part of the themeforest theme package. You can also use the content dummy installer or open dummy.xml to view the shortcode examples.

I'm having the same issue. Additionally, the second_third column is higher than the first third for some reason. I can't seem to get the third third working, trying the codes [one_third], [one_third last], [third_third] and without any shortcode.

Hey,
There is no third_third shortcode - you can use the dummy content installer which will generate pages with examples of shortcodes.
Regarding the menu pointing to a blog post - you can add a blog post or any other link to the menu using the WordPress Custom Menu function (under Appearance > Menus in WP admin); you can't dynamically select the latest post so you'd need to manually choose the latest post after publishing an article.

This is very inconvenient since I do not know how to view an .xml file. If I run the dummy installer, will it delete my existing posts?
