I'm trying to add a shortcode to display the latest sermon excerpt using the callout element, but it doesn't seem to be working. The website is displaying my shortcode instead. Am I doing something wrong?

This is the shortcode I'm using: [display-posts post_type="sermon" posts_per_page="1" include_excerpt="true"]

and this is the website: http://beta.sttimothyburlington.org/

Hi crodrigocs,

Where are you getting the shortcode format for that? The theme doesn't have a single shortcode output for specific post types as far as I know.

Oh, I see. This shortcode is for wordpress.com only. I found a plugin that adds a bunch of new shortcodes and it seems to be working fine now. Thanks!
