Shortcode with a title contain '

Support,

I am not sure it it’s just me, but when using the shortcode form, while entering a title, say for a “Special Heading,” the shortcode will not work.

Example:

Works: “Hello”

Does not work: “What’s Your Name?”

The reason I am using the shortcode is because I am placing that shortcode within another element. Example: The special heading into a Tabs element.

Could you please shed any light on the issue?
