I use the Avisio theme for my site, and I use the Dark scheme, but when I add tabs to pages, they are white, which looks a bit rubbish:

Can I do something with CSS to fix this?
Please bear in mind that I have no clue what I am doing editing CSS and where to do things, so please make it idiot proof :-)

in style3.css search for following code and adjust the background color value (at the moment white - #fff):
.js_active .entry .tab_content{
background: #fff url("../images/skin3/bg_gradiant_stripe_top.png") repeat-x 0 0;
border:1px solid #E1E1E1;
color:#555;
}
.js_active .entry .tab{
background:#fff;
border:1px solid #E1E1E1;
border-bottom: none;
