   Hello! I'm using Velvet theme for building a website but shortcode doesn't work at all .... I can set ruler and cap, but not buttons, not columns, not nothing: only rules and drop caps :(

   Please try to download velvet again then install it on your wordpress again.

   Hi asiaconnell,

   If you are having issues with the pop-up shortcode tool, pressing the magic wand icon, there are some solutions posted here that might help:
