Shortcodes magic wand problem

HI!

my problem is, that I cant't use the magic wand, becous it"s not apeear the box, when I click on it.
Can you help me please?
I read the forim, and made the modificaton, thath you say in other posts, but no result.

Hi hnrdesign,

Make sure you are running the most recent version of the theme. You can download updates from Themeforest from your Downloads. Then install the updated theme in the same way you first installed the theme. Make sure to back up any customization's you have done to the theme files so that they can be re-applied.

Hi Devin,

i used the latest version, i made the reinstallation as you advice, but no result:( the problem is the same: i klick on the magic wand, i choose for example the qoute or button shortcode, and nothing happend.

Hi Ismael!

thanks for answering. sorry but I dont know, with options need to fill. The option panel of the shortcode? because this is the problem, the panel is not appearing.

Ok, I solved it. the problem was, that you have a mac_osx folder in the zipped theme folder, i delete it, reinstall the theme, and the shortcode panel is apearing now.
