    Hello and thank you for taking a look at our problem.

    We are using the Enfold theme on our website, and on desktop devices everything is working fine. But on mobile devices, shortcodes are not rendered, and they show up as we are looking the back-end.

    Any thoughts?

    Hi conversations!

    You’re using a very old version of the theme, Enfold 2.4.2. Please download the latest version 2.6.2 from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Watch this video by Devin: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750

    Some of the content might not work on the latest version of enfold. Please create them from scratch. The header settings will be a bit different and you might need to reconfigure the settings.

    We updated the theme to 2.8.2 today, and we still experience the same issue.

    Do you have some idea?

    Hi!

    Thank you for the update.

    Please deactivate the plugins especially the WPTouch Pro plugin then test it again. I don’t think you need the plugin since the theme itself is already responsive.
