    Hey guys – I am running Enfold 3.6 and WordPress 4.5.2

    On the home page I can’t get the rev slider to display, it gives me an error and on the page http://shelbyrealty.com/directions-contact I can’t get it to display the contact form 7 form. It’s as if though there is some sort of bug that is keeping these shortcodes from displaying. I have a fresh install of enfold 3.6 and replaced all the files fresh with wordpress install.

    Can you please have a look at what is up with this?

    Hey simplysell,

    I checked your site but it looks like a plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
    To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

    We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

    I have the latest version of the theme 3.6 and wordpress 4.5.2 running.
    I have disabled all plugins and turning off and on one plugin at a time. The issue still remains. Can you please have a look?

    Hi,

    I’m not sure what’s going on there unfortunately. The Revolution Slider is not part of thr theme and because of that its not really our area of expertise, could you try contacting the plugin authors first to see if they know what’s going on please?
