Recent Posts Widget. I would like to add spaces between the posts so they don't look like a paragraph. (It would also be nice to add a line between the recent post items).
Also how do I change the body color of the text (the paragraphs) Currently at # 888888
if I post to Facebook I see all the images except the image related to the post (the feature image is missing from the Facebook thumbnails - but i see all the other images on the page).

Doesn't the Recent Posts Widget come standard with lines between the post titles and spacing? It's unclear to me what you're trying to do.
The text-color of the recent posts widget depends on where you have your widget installed. Can you link me to your site so I can give you specific instructions.
Can you link your site and facebook page so I can check for errors?
The easiest way to change your favicon is to place the .ico file in your wordpress main directory. Also WP Codex offers a tutorial: http://codex.wordpress.org/Creating_a_Favicon how to implement the favicon in your theme. Another possibility is a plugin like: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/all-in-one-favicon/

The feature image for this post is missing from the Facebook thumbnails - I just see all the other irrelevant images on the page.

}You can change the border style if you like :)
2) Add following code to css/custom.css:

color: #888888;
}and adjust the color value.
3) Yes - the featured thumbnail feature is currently not supported/compatible with the facebook plugin so the images won't appear.

It's a very large scrolling site after you login so it really doesn't fit the container for the full screen.
That's not easily possible. You'd need to adjust some framework parts in the background. Maybe you can use prettyphoto: http://www.no-margin-for-errors.com/projects/prettyphoto-jquery-lightbox-clone/ to display the iframe.
