    I want to show the main site to all visitors regardless of theri device (ie; iphone / ipad etc)

    How can I prevent the ipad or iphone themed site from showing and just default to the main layout?

    Thanks

    Propulsion uses a responsive design: http://coding.smashingmagazine.com/2011/01/12/guidelines-for-responsive-web-design/ and does not rely on browser agents, redirections, etc. to display a “mobile friendly” layout. It’s not easily possible to deactivate the responsive design. You can try to follow the instructions here: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/disableremove-responsive-layout-within-propulsion-theme-revisited but this may break the theme design on mobile devices.

    Thanks for the link.

    For anybody else facing this problem, here is the simplified solution after reading through the other threads;

    1. Open your grid.css and comment out or remove lines 57 to 180. (These are your media layout css rules)

    2. Go into header.php of the theme and remove or comment out the following line of code.

    <code start> <meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1″> <code end>

    3. Done!

    Your site will now display fully on all devices.
