Started a new thread in response to >> http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/shutter-speed-in-exif

I’m looking at getting the shutter speeds converted from a decimal to a fraction in the EXIF Tooltip

as it stands at the moment the shutter speed is displayed as a decimal like so (4 examples) in the themes image tooltip

    Shutter: 0.00025

    Shutter: 0.004

    Shutter: 0.01

    Shutter: 0.003125

The correct shutter speeds should be as a fraction (which means more to me than the decimals above).

    Shutter: 1/1000 Sec

    Shutter: 1/250 Sec

    Shutter: 1/100 Sec

    Shutter: 1/320 Sec

I tried the initial threads topic advice but the function reported an error and it didn’t work, I don’t suppose a better coder could assist me… please.

    Regards

    Interesting article

    http://www.enliteart.com/blog/2008/08/30/quick-shutter-speed-fix-for-wordpress-exif/

I will have a go… looks a bit to complex for me though

    I feel a right pain !!

I decided to try that tutorial and failed !!! lmao

So I looked over the original MOD that berrald made >> http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/shutter-speed-in-exif and went over the edits again, the point to note is when adding the functions to helper-slideshow.php make sure it is placed below the function avia_exif_data

Its working now !! very happy

Just got to work out adding a location now ;-)

    Hey xGSTQ,

Glad you were able to figure it out and thanks for adding your notes afterwards :)
