I’m having an issue with a site using Enfold. When I’m logged into the WordPress dashboard, the home page or any page for that matter doesn’t show the sidebar. This is how it’s supposed to act. I turned off the sidebar and the page builder is using a 1/1.

The problem is when I look at my site from another computer or another browser. The sidebar shows up on the same page. I can even change the sidebar to the left side and it won’t update. I don’t have any cache plugin active and I can see the changes correctly when I’m logged in.

This seems to only be acting on the sidebars at this time. I can create page elements and those show up.

    Hi imarkinteractive,

I couldn’t see anything like that on my end, please try to flush your browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps.

    Best regards,

Are you saying you don’t see the sidebar on the home page of the site?

I’ve opened this site up on three different computers in two different locations and all of them show me the sidebar on the home page. When I log into the site and look at the home page, the sidebar is gone (as it should be).

This doesn’t seem to be a caching issue. There is no caching plugin on the site and the two computers in different locations had never seen that site before, so the cache was fresh.

    Hi!

We tested your site when logged in and not logged in both the times it looked the same… please elaborate the issue and let us know exactly what you are trying to achieve with enfold so we can help you setup the site exactly like that.

Feel free to take a look at the demos here http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-overview/ and point to the section you are trying to reproduce.

    Best regards,
    Vinay
