sidebar menus different on set pages vs. automatic

Hello,

have an issue that in own created pages / right sidebar / custom side bar menu (menu 3) the side bar menu displays ok;
1/ -> on the automaticly generated pages via protfolio the side bar menu also (as if default in Template); however everywhere customised to side bar (menu 3)
– have cancelled widget displayed everywhere

2/ portfolio entries – sidebar content OK but the content of the side bar goes at bottom of the screen and photo – if used template default / or the own right sidebar

3/ portfolio categories name
-> is there a chance to customize also the http link for the portfolio categories? (just like for portfolio entries?)
