If you have troubles since the update to WordPress 4.5 please read this post before opening a new thread.
In Cleancut, my sidebar is showing as not wide enough because the default content is running outside of the sidebar. I tried going into the style.css and changing the width of the sidebar but then it floated the sidebar to the bottom of the page beneath all the content. Any ideas?
All I see is the line below a title going “off your sidebar” as the background isn’t wide enough, you can either set a background color to your sidebar, increase the background image width or lower the width of your sidebar itself.
When you lower the width of the following in your style.css the line shouldn’t go “out of your sidebar” anymore.
#top .sidebar .box
Also keep in mind when you increase/decrease your sidebar width you have to equally adjust the width of your content with the opposite to prevent it from going out of proportion/off screen.
The width of the content can be found here in your style.css
