yes - first you need to find out the id of the widget (you can find it in the page source code). Then you can use following code:
#text-7 {
background: none transparent;
border: none;
box-shadow: none;
}This code would remove the bg box from the text widget with the id 7 ("Clone Mag - Me Gusta").
