    Hello,

I am using images with various sizes but most of them have a width around 900px and a shorter hight. Woocomerce shows the small thumbnails correctly formatted but the large preview image is streched.
I guess I have to change the size of the images in the Woocommerce settings and regenerate the thumbnails using that plugin, but I don’t know to what size, I tried 1200×1200 but that didnt seem to have any effect

    Thank you in advance

    Hey johncon!

Are you hard-cropping your images? If so, please do not. 550x750px should be fine

    Best regards,

Hmm that didn’t quiet do the trick. now some of the images in the overview have a different size, see screenshot 1 (http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/161638/6bcdda460de2b7968f0825fa740d8575)

Also the main issue is still there: for example in the second screenshot, you can see that the large preview image is skewed to fit the size http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/161644/1ed65abada264294974d2b9b773fb8fe

I can give you the login details if you would like a look at it

    Hi!

The better thing to do is to resize the product images before uploading them to the gallery. You need to decide prior to uploading the images which image ratio and size to be use on a specific product. There’s just no way to define different cropping parameter for one image and then define another parameter for the second one.

    Regards,
    Ismael
