Hey,
I think the problem is caused by one or more plugins. They manipulate the html output and (standard) doctype definitionwhich affects IE. W3C validator outputs various errors because of the wrong doctype defintion: http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.optimalclinical.com%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0I'd deactivate all plugins and activate them one by one until the IE errors occur again.
