is it possible so set the site search ONLY for products?
We use Abundance only as a shop, so we dont need the post search etc...
Can we display the search results as an normal product overview not as a list??
We also need to translate the search result site, where can I do this?

Hi Daniel,
You can try a plugin like: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/relevanssi/
The search function is just the basic wordpress search function and the theme doesn't do anything to modify it. So a plugin like above is your best route for attempting to modify it.
WooCommerce has its own search function as in the demo site: http://www.kriesi.at/themes/abundance/ which works within the product loop and is why its able to output the results within the shop view.
You can add the to your sidebar from the Appearance>Widgets.

Is it possilbe to replace the normal wp-search in the header with the functions of the woocommerce search?
And something else...
How does the woocommerce search-function works? I mean, does it only search for the product titles or can i add something like keywords to the products?

Yes you can actually. You just need to replace the call in the header.php with the woocomemrce one. In your header.php look for:
get_search_form()
and replace it with
get_product_search_form()
I didn't realize it was an action that would work anywhere until checking into now.
As for the search function for woo commerce, I don't know the specifics but I believe it just searches everything within the product (title, description etc).
