sizing slider images

   Hi
   I have managed to reduce the height of the area they are in by changing reducing the px in the code below but can't find where the reduce height of the image to correspond with this. This means that, when the image rotates, the front image over laps with the text beneath it. How can I correct this? Many thanks.

   /*image slider */
   #featured{
   height:300px;
   clear: both;
   position: relative;
   }

   Hey,
   you can adjust the slider size in index.php. Search for following code:
   

   //picture dimesnions
   				$height = '390';
   				$width = '940';

   and adjust the height as you like.

   Hey, my slider is behaving a little strange . If you visit my website you will notice that the images of the FIRST and LAST slider have been cropped and the image of the second slide is resized. My problem is that i want ALL the featured images of the slider to be resized and not cropped!!! Any idea ? My website is: http://www.xaazar.com/
