How can i add a 2nd picture on this slider:

If you click on the picture it opens a gallery but i can insert only one picture?
Is it possible to add another?

Yes. Probably the easiest way would be to set all images as featured media/images because Choices will group them and display them as slideshow. If you'd like to embed the images into the content (with "Insert into Post") add following code to the a href element which surrounds the image (you'll need to switch to "HTML" mode when you use the visual text editor):
