Is there anyway to stop the slider changing size with the image sizes? And why does it see to only change size with certain images?
Also
How can you change the thickness of the header section (how is this calculated as different images seem to provide a different size,

Hello,
You can change the image size on the functions.php. Specially this line
$avia_config['imgSize']['fullsize'] = array('width'=>930, 'height'=>930, 'crop'=>false); // big images for lightbox and portfolio single entries
Replace it with
$avia_config['imgSize']['fullsize'] = array('width'=>930, 'height'=>300, 'crop'=>true); // big images for lightbox and portfolio single entries1
Regenerate thumbnails. :)
