slider conflict(custum.js) with another jQuery plugin(jQuerymsgbox)

Hello there,
I have a problem with Newscast template :
I've purchased a jQuery plugin on CodeCanyon, here is the plugin page :

after adding the plugin js files to the newscast template, the plugin was not working, after some research i found out it has a conflict with custom.js which is for newscast slide show.
when I remove js/custom.js from newscast, then the jQuery plugin works just fine !
so the question is : what should I do to have these two plugins working together ?
I mean I need the slideshow+jQuerymsgbox on my website and that's why I purchased them both !
( should I send you the jQuery msxbox plugin js files to see what is wring with it ? )

If you want you can send me the query plugin to kriesi2000-dude@yahoo.com . So I can have a short look at the documentation and js files. Please also post a link to your website so that I can check your implementation - BUT please consider: I can't promise anything, We don't provide (official) support for third party plugins and if I can't find the error quick I can't help you.
