Thank you for using Enfold.
The link doesn’t load. Is that a screenshot? Can you please provide us a link to the actual page? Which slider are you using?

Thank you for the info.
The layer slider automatically adds top margins on the background images. Please try to use the Fullwidth Slider instead of the layer slider since you’re not using any special effects or transitions on the slider. Set the Slideshow Image and Video Size to No Scaling.
Cheers!
IsmaelNovember 19, 2014 at 11:56 pm #354047HI Team,
As you can see from the existing slides, I will be adding layered slides and will be updating the bg in the existing slides. What I want to know is the correct resolution for the bg of the slide that will be displayed as it is in all resolutions without cut off. So, I would be very much happy if you could upload a slide bg to the site(since you have the wp credentials already posted in the thread by me), that will fit in all resolutions or could just suggest me what to do or the tweaks on settings to do.
Thank you

Please be kind enough to let me know what to change or what to follow? Or do you want me to re-phrase my issue?

November 23, 2014 at 8:36 am #356119Hi!
Since you set the slider dimension to 100% with the height of 400px, you should probably use images with dimensions close to that size. You can also use different sliders on different screens sizes using css media queries and custom css class. Refer to this link on how to hide or show specific elements on different screen sizes using custom css class and media queries:

IsmaelNovember 24, 2014 at 8:03 am #356585What am trying to do is a have slider for my boxed layout. The max-width of the boxed layout is 1310px. So, say if I create a slide bg with 1310×400 px, in a lower resolution, it should automatically resize to that width proportionally(both height and width I guess) so that no clipping on by slide bg takes place. Also, the slide will have additional layers.
I guess I explained my issue. Please suggest me a solution for this issue. What settings should be changed and what resolution for the slide bg should be used?
Thank you
