    Hey tuscan,

We need to take a closer look. Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Best regards,
    Vinay

    Hi,

The slider images are showing correctly but I did not do anything. Please check the site on your end and if you do not see the slider images please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

Also check the slider it self in LayerSlider > Main Slider > and update the images if you still have any issue after performing these steps please let us know.

    Best regards,
    Vinay

    Hey!

That is because of loading speed issue. The images take time to load the web site.
You will have to optimise either the site, or remove those images compress them and reupload them.

Let us know if we can do anything else

    Best regards,

I have the same issue. All sliders (some with photos, some with videos) are not working since the last update. This basically means almost ALL images on my site.

I currently have 5 issues with Enfold since the last update:
    1 – Sliders
    2 – Cut menus
3 – Flags in the menu
    4 – Mailchimp popup
5 – Site breaks when WooCommerce Multilingual is activated
6 – Stripe payment not working

There are a lot of issues, doesn’t seem to be a coincidence, I usually don’t have big problems.
Please look into it as soon as you can.
    Thanks,
    Julia

    Hi,

We noticed js error in console. A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

    Thanks for your cooperation :)

    Best regards,
    Vinay

    Hi Vinay,

thank you for your message. The plugin creating the problem is WooCommerce. If it’s deactivated the sliders work fine. But this means deactivating my online store!!!

I’ve updated Enfold, WordPress WooCommerce last week and since then the sliders are not working and the flags are in the menu.

Can you please advise how to fix this.

    Thank you,
    Julia

    Hi Vinay,

there was a pop up sign up form code in the functions.php file, which created a conflict with the WooCommerce plugin. I removed the code and now the menus and sliders display correctly, WooCommerce and WooCommerce Multilingual are working again.

    Thank you very much,
    Julia
