    Im using the corona theme and some of the preset sliders. The caption slider and the fade slider in particular. Everytime you mouse over the main image a magnifying glass icon comes up on top. When you click on it the images in the slider come up in a light box slideshow.

    For my purposes this is redundant, and the images are relatively the same size in either preview. Is it possible to take out the magnifying glass and lightbox function from these sliders? If so, how would I do that?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Open js > avia.js, and find this code

    //activates the prettyphoto lightbox
    if(jQuery.fn.avia_activate_lightbox)
    jQuery('body').avia_activate_lightbox();

    //activates the hover effect for image links
    if(jQuery.fn.avia_activate_hover_effect)
    jQuery('#main, #header').avia_activate_hover_effect();

    Replace it with

    //activates the prettyphoto lightbox
    //if(jQuery.fn.avia_activate_lightbox)
    //jQuery('body').avia_activate_lightbox();

    //activates the hover effect for image links
    //if(jQuery.fn.avia_activate_hover_effect)
    //jQuery('#main, #header').avia_activate_hover_effect();

    This will deactivate lightbox and the hover effect. Please remove browser history/cache then reload the page.

    Note: On the featured media for each post or page, you need to avoid selecting “Lightbox Image” on the “Apply link to the image?” option.

    Regards,

    Ismael
