    I’m not sure how to respond to the last two replies. The only issue I can see right now is that the image on the contact page is not stretching to full width but rather tiling.

    So what is the one thing that I should do to resolve that? (I’m not sure how to change the url of an image).

    Hi!

    I recommend to re-upload the southBayBeach.jpg image on the contact form editor page. Go to this page: http://sydison.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=86&action=edit scroll down to the “Header Background Image for this entry” option and click the “upload” button to upload the southBayBeach.jpg image. Flagship will insert the right url automatically. You can use a bigger image (higher resolution) to avoid the “tiled” effect. If you don’t have a bigger image you can insert this code into the quick css field (Flagship > Theme Options > Styling):

    #top #wrap_all div#apply_header_bg {
    background-size: cover;
    }

    but then the image might look blurry or a bit distorted.

    Best regards,

    Okay, I will play around with different sizes then. Although it’s strange that that same image used to stretch to full width before the upgrade.

    The next time there is a theme upgrade, are there any steps I should take to avoid this happening again?

    Hi!

    I recommend to make a backup of the database and files with: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/backupwordpress/ before you update the theme/wordpress – if something goes wrong you can restore the old files easily and then update/overwrite the files, wordpress and the plugins step by step to find the culprit.

    Best regards,
