If you have troubles since the update to WordPress 4.5 please read this post before opening a new thread.
I have a problem with the slideshow. The uploaded graphics do not appear on it (whatever 2D and 3D)
it seems like you’ve a js conflict/error on your website. Maybe a plugin is causing the conflict or a js file is corrupt. Try to upload the theme files again and deactivate all plugins. I hope this solves the problem – activate the plugins one by one afterwards to find the conflicting one.
Unfortunately there are no foreign plugins installed :/ I’ve reloaded theme files again – no effect. I have no idea whats wrong.
Sorry to butt in on this post, though I have noticed that the 3D slideshow on my home page works fine on Chrome and IE though not on Safari? Is there a reason for this?
Can you post the site URL where you’re experiencing a problem?
Also, are you using a Mac, Windows or another OS?
May I ask what solved your problem. I have the same deal going on. Adding images to the library for use with the slideshow setup, just shows little blank images (or a placeholder film role) in the backend, and nothing appears in the slideshow on the front.
I have tried different size images, and also using just the library to upload the images and then linking them but this does not work.
I have also tried turning off all plugins to no avail.
