    Hello, I am using the Fade Slider in Abundance.
    When I go to add an image to the slideshow the buttons do not work for the mouse after I have uploaded an image. I have to use the “Tab” key to tab down to “Insert Image”. After that I have to update the page, and go back to the image button, tab down and enter “set as featured” before anything will show up. This works, but it’s kind of annoying.

    Using a URL would be much easier for me so I can quickly change an image from our FTP, but if I add an image from a URL (just in the slideshow, regular pages work fine) then update the page, the intended image is blank.

    All this is kind of hard to explain, please ask me any questions if you are confused.

    Thanks!

    Hey Rebekah!

    Maybe you can create us an admin account and post the login credentials as private reply – by going this way we can try to reproduce the button issue first hand. It sounds like a z-index problem but I’m not sure.

    Best regards,
    Peter

    Hi!

    Add this on your functions.php:

    function avf_admin_head() {
        echo '<link rel="stylesheet" media="screen,projection" type="text/css" href="http://localhost/kriesi/abundance/wp-content/themes/abundance/css/custom.css">';
    }

    Change

    href=”http://localhost/kriesi/enfold/wp-content/themes/abundance/css/custom.css

    to

    href=”http://www.your-site-name/wp-content/themes/abundance/css/custom.css

    Then edit the css > custom.css file, add this code:

    .savebutton.ml-submit {
    position: relative;
    z-index: 0;
    max-height: 50px;
    }

    Remove browser cache then reload the page.

    Cheers!
    Ismael
