So confused. Edited the index.php file to a run 2 instead of a run 1 and the website is now showing :
Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /home/content/l/e/e/lee2526151/html/wp7/index.php on line 3

I un-it the edit and re-uploaded the index.php and I'm still getting the error! Ugh! so confused!!!!??? Help?

Maybe you replaced the wrong index.php? The path is not the theme path - it would look like wp-content/themes/twicet and not like "html/wp7/index.php"
