the code seems to be the same as the header icons though!

Hey!

I'm not sure which social icons you mean, the ones in your sidebar? The javascript is only set for the top icons. Can you elaborate?

Oh well that explains it. I expected the footer social
Icons to also have the hover pop up text but thats okay because I have since removed them and replaced them with my phone number
