Hi there, I’m having trouble with custom icons I just added to a website I’m working on.

    1. I followed instructions on several threads and was able to successfully upload 10 custom icons and have them display on the front end of the website.

    2. For now, I tested adding a custom Yelp icon.

It looks great and works fine in the top header menu and the socket at the very bottom: Icon in Top Header Menu & Icon in Socket

However, it is not aligned properly with the rest of the social media icons when I have the website in the Left Sidebar menu configuration, defined in the “General Layout” settings: Left Sidebar Issue

All the other icons are working properly: LinkedIn in Left Sidebar Menu

Please let me know what I can do to fix this. Thanks in advance!

    Hey!

Which browser and OS are you using? It does work fine on my end on Safari, Firefox and Chrome on OS X 10.10 – http://i.imgur.com/jZqGEL4.png

Very interesting… I’m using Google Chrome version 40.0.2214.111 m, OS is Windows 7 running on a desktop.

I just discovered that if I zoom out or in inside the browser, the issue disappears. It is not device-specific, however. I just visited that page on two laptops, both running Windows 8. The issue still remains when viewed in Google Chrome.

However, it’s fine when I use Internet Explorer or Firefox. Any idea why? It seems browser-specific…

    Hey!

I asked my teammates to check your website on their Windows machines using Chrome. Please kindly wait to hear from them :)

    Hi!

I see it on my end. No clue why it’s doing that though. Everything looks identical in your source code. Try deleting the font file and download another copy but name it something else besides “fontello”.

Go ahead and send us a WordPress login.

    Regards,
    Elliott
