    Hey,

to be honest it’s possible to transfer the social media modules/code parts from one theme to another but some css/html and maybe php coding is involved. Because it’s a (very) time intensive task I’d suggest to use social bookmark plugins like: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/sexybookmarks/ or http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/digg-digg/ because it’s a quicker and/or cheaper solution (if you’d need to hire someone) than transfering code parts.
