Some plugins not working anymore after replacing site to subdomain

Hi,

I've created a subdomain to which I wanted to replace my site to.

Backup en restored my database (with bought BackupBuddy-plugin to do it all at once) to a new created subdomain.
Everyting looked all right after the restore!
Then deleted the origininal site at main-domain. (and installed a standard wordpress-blog here again).

Now: Subdomain (with Brightbox-theme) works all fine, exept for 2 plugins:

* Category-items-lite
* Sexy-Bookmarks

Any Idea how this could happen?

Tried to solve this problem by de-activating all my plugins and acitvate only those 2 again, but no result!

Try to use a plugin like http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/search-and-replace/ to batch replace all occurences of the subdomain ( http://mydomain.com/wp ) with the new domain ( http://domain.com ) - now all posts/permalinks, etc. should work again.
