Could you tell me in what file I find Sort by and display strings to translate them.
I checked funtions ans functions-replete and I didn't find. May be in a JS file...

Your best bet is to download and install notepad++ http://notepad-plus-plus.org/download/v6.2.3.html
Then unzip the entire theme on your home computer and notepad++ will search through every file in the entire theme folder and all sub-folders. You can drop the plugins in there too if you are unsure of the source of what you are looking for.
There are multiple instances in this file -> themes\replete\includes\admin\register-admin-dynamic-options.php (just do a text find for 'Sort' and you will see quite a few in that file alone)
and 1 in this file -> themes\replete\config-woocommerce\config.phpThanks,
