    I am having problem of missing sorting links on portfolio page. Home page is displaying the links but not the portfolio. please help

    Please provide the link to the actual portfolio page, we would like to check it. Make sure that you have the latest version of the theme, 3.3.2.

    i am running (3.2.3). Tried updating to 3.3.1 thru ftp/local by copying files but after update page wont load. Just plain white page. Changes only made to theme folder name and theme name in style.css. It is a multisite environment. Just 2 sites. So I just running 3.2.3. Also how could I list all the portfolio in a page under All ?

    Thanks for reply. We did exactly like that. Even tried 5-6 times individual and whole contents, deactivated and updated. Same result. Page not loading. Just white blank page.

    Hey!

    try to delete all theme files via FTP before getting a fresh copy from your themeforest account, because there might be some corrupted theme files.

    tried deleting whole contents in theme folder and loading fresh files in but still doesnt work.

    I noticed I can access wp-admin but the enfold theme option menu is missing there. Look like some bug. Please advise

    did you try to update via WordPress backend? fill in your themforest details (username+API) and try to update.

    The automatic updates fail sometimes due to the Themeforest API, could you try to update manually as suggested here?

    Hello

    It seems like you are not helping. Are you not aware that I have tried all those above. You just want to time pass 1 response a day and not helping to get it fixed. If you can help please let me know and provide real support. Not just one response a day and give one option then next day try another option again asking me to try going back to same old option. Seems like you people are not sincere just time pass with 2 different id and posting some response. Please provide support to fix it. Dont assume we are rookies and anything works.

    Hey!

    I’m sorry if you feel that way but we are trying our best to fix your issue. We can only provide solutions base on the available information. Did you modify anything on the theme files? Try to update again via FTP but do not update the style.css file. Override the theme files, not the theme folder.

    I tried to run the “update check” manually but the current user you provided “do not have sufficient permissions to access the page.” Please post the site’s FTP details here. We will update it for you.

    ok baba. Finally it got updated. But still the sorting links on the portfolio not visible. Need help fixing that.

    I checked the home page and the sorting links for the portfolio grid are there: 

    All / Graphic Design / Logo Design / Software / Web Design & Development

    Please hard refresh the page.

    Alright. You’re actually looking on a portfolio category page. There are no sorting option there by default.

    Hi!

    The demo page (http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/portfolio/) contains a PORTFOLIO GRID element. It’s not a category or archive page.

    Besides, if you’re on a category or portfolio category page, it doesn’t make sense to have a category sort because you’re looking on portfolio items with the same category.
