Do you mean for the main portfolio page with the sortable thumbnails or each individual portfolio item page?
You can add the sidebar to the main portfolio page by going to Angular > Theme Options > Sidebar, and then selecting the page which is the portfolio page and giving your sidebar some name. Then when you go to Appearance > Widgets you should see the new sidebar just for the portfolio page.
At the moment the individual portfolio item pages are not setup to handle a sidebar, and it will require a little customization on your part to get that functionality onto those pages. Please refer to this post: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/portfolio-page-sidebar#post-76878
Ismael and I go over step by step how to get it done.

Thanks for reply.
I’d like to add specific sidebar on the single page. I’ve already find a different way to add the sidebar on single portfolio page but I’d like to add some extras widgets on those portfolio pages only.
I was thinking that in the widget area there is a sdebar for anywhere, pages, blog. Maybe one for portfolio can do the trick ?

Indeed! However as I explained in my previous post, the page itself has no space available for the sidebar. Once you move some objects around as per instructions, then, once there is room , please use this plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/content-aware-sidebars/ to create sidebars wherever you need to. The plugin is lightweight with practically no footprint, and it would be much easier for you to integrate then spending days recording the theme.
