    Hi,

    I have asked my Hosting provider to install an SSL certificate as I want to use Stripe in my Woo Commerce shop. They have installed it on mysite.com and also updated the IP address. If I go to the IP address some items, e.g. the navigation arrows of the slider and the search icon don’t display correctly. However on mysite.com everything displays normally. They say I have a redirect in place which is not true on the server side, there it says there are no redirects in place.
    Is there a redirect that the theme creates?

    How can I update the links from http to https? I have seen you recommend a plugin in previous posts, but WordPress warns that this plugin has not been updated for the past 2 years and might not be compatible anymore. https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-https/

    Also – will links to my page be affected by this change or will they be redirected automatically?

    Thank you and kind regards,
    Julia

    Hi!

    Could you please try the suggestions here to see if that works for you: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/fontello-icon-fonts-failing-in-ssl-https/#post-424501

    I’m having a similar issue. We are using stripe on a registration form through ninja forms. It isn’t working because the page isn’t secure. My web host provider says that it can secure the shopping cart, but none of the other pages on the site. Here is what I’m getting from them.

    “We have tried using regular 301 HTTPS redirect code in .htaccess file but it is creating a website redirect loop. It looks like your website theme is causing an issue. I would suggest you to contact your theme provider regarding this issue or refer their support forums for any fixes/workarounds available.”

    What do I do now?

    Hey!

    @anntrackroi
    Sorry for the late reply!
    You are currently using an older version of the theme. Can you please update it to the latest version 3.2.3 firstly – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Regards,
    Yigit
