    Hi

Since I installed SSL on the site, when I upload new images, they show as a dead link (e.g. https://beathealth.com.au/bigstock-pill-with-icons-of-human-anato-61896113-450×450/).

Could you please let me know any fixes?

    Shaun

    Hi Shaun,

It looks to giving a 404 error on that file, are you sure it exists? Please send us admin login details in private if you should have any further problems.

    Regards,
    Rikard

Hi Rikard, that’s the problem. When I try to upload, it doesn’t work. It says the file is there, but appears broken. I’ve added you as an admin.

    Thanks
    Shaun

    Hi,

Ok, could you try updating to the latest version of the theme (3.7.1) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. You could also try to disable all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Ok thanks

Hi, I updated the theme manually (by the way, our auto-update isn’t working – perhaps it will now that I have updated the theme).

Tested all of the plugins – still the same issue.

It timed exactly with when we enabled SSL on the site.

    Any other ideas?

    Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. is that the only file you are having problems with? If so I would deleting the file you uploaded and try to upload it again to see if that helps. I checked the front page of your site and I can’t see anything not loading there.

    Regards,

Hi Rikard, it happens with any new image I add. If you log in and try to add an image, you’ll see what happens.

Any files that were added before this issue appeared are displaying fine

    Hi!

Is the media uploader working if you switch to a default theme? Please contact the plugin author for more info.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

No it does not work when I switch to the default theme. Must be something else then. Do you have any suggestions?

    Hi,

It’s very difficult to say but if you say that this happened at the same time you installed your SSL, then my guess would be that it’s related to that, could you try contacting your hosting provider to see if they have any idea maybe?

    Best regards,
    Rikard
