    Hallo liebe Kriesi-Team,

    nachdem ich das Theme nun schon eine Weile ohne Probleme in der Anwendung habe, hat sich gestern nun leider doch ein Problem ergeben. Wenn ich meine Startseite bearbeiten möchte, erscheint ein komplett weißer Screen. Die Webadresse ändert sich ganz seltsam zu folgender Adresse:
    http://dampfreiniger-test.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=47&action=edit

    Leider kann ich das Problem überhaupt nicht eingrenzen, da ich im Backend keine Änderungen vorgenommen hatte.

    Könnt Ihr vielleicht mal schauen?

    Hallo Jochen,

    The login details you posted are not working for me, could you check them please? We only have one german speaking moderator so if you could post your question in english as well you have a better chance of getting it resolved faster.

    Hi Rikard,

    thanks for your comment. Of course I can keep the mail in english;-) I have got the following problem: If I want to edit my starting page I get a white screen and nothing happens. I can’t remember that I have changed anything on the backend and I haven’t installed any new software /plugins.

    Hi,

    I changed the start page to DAMPFSAUGER under theme options and it worked as expected, no white screen anywhere. What page are you trying to change to?

    I try to change the following page >> “Dampfreiniger im Überblick – Startseite”
    The other pages are working…

    Hi,

    That is the one which is active now and it’s not giving me a white screen either on the back- or front-end. You are changing it in the theme options, correct?

    Hi Rikard,
    yes, in frontend its working but not in the backend. I use the following ways to edit the homepage:

    1.) Dashboard-> edit you homepage
    2.) pages-> all pages -> edit homepage

    How would you edit it?

    Oh, so it’s editing the front page in the backend which is the problem? Sorry if I’ve misunderstood you. I tried logging in to check but the details seem to not work anymore, could you check them please?

    thats right. The front page is the problem. I have just tried to get access with the latest login data and its working (see below the details). Thanks for checking!

    Hi,

    You are getting an internal server error (500) there, not sure why to be honest. Could you try to disable all plugins to see if there is a conflict somewhere? Otherwise I would try to contact your hosting provider to see what they have to say about it.
