    I imported the startup business demo. I am looking to customise the Headline rotator and change the images that appear there, cant seem to find how to do that? I looked at the layer slider but its not there?

    Hi Erol!

    Edit the homepage and in the layout builder you’ll see a color section. You can edit the image in the color section settings.

    Inside the color section you’ll find the rotator and you can edit the text in it’s settings.

    Thank you, that solves it.

    Another small problem I had is when I added a Youtube video.
    On the demo template you have a Vimeo video which opens on the same window and works fine, although I specifically say ‘open on same window’ my video opens on a new window and goes to a youtube page. Any ideas on this?

    Hi,

    Do you mean the video just under the color section on the front page? If so that is opening in the same window on my end. Please try to explain a bit further and send us an admin login in private if you should still be having problems.

    Hi Rikard, please check the video in the Colour section on this page, although I say open in same video, it jumps to a youtube page:

    Also, on the same page further down I created testimonials, 3 in total in a Grid with 3 columns. When I preview, they don’t display correctly?
    I checked and re-checked, all there is simple text with names and titles. Any ideas?

    I edited your page and added your YouTube link in long form, as in private content field below.

    Can you please elaborate on the issue you are having with testimonials? I cannot see and text added in first and the last element. If you are not using testimonial image, you can move to the left using following code in Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

        margin-left: 0;
    }

    Hi Yigit,

    Thanks for soring out youtube link.

    I am really struggling with the Testimonial feature, something that should have been simple, turned out to be a bit of a nightmare. Must be a bug.

    I tried so many times deleting, changing the options, etc. I am able to add one testimonial, as soon as I add another it looks like it doesn’t recognise the text or turns the font into white colour by the looks of it, I was going to attach a screen shot but don’t see an option here. I have been pasting and copying plain text, typing it manually and its still not working for me. I tried grid, slider, different browsers, still same. A lot of the times also the interface windows freeze and I have to refresh and then I loose the data.

    Is there an alternative way or another tool that I can do these, I need to add 5. I’ll ad some images as well.

    Hey!

    Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps? That you can active them one by one to find the culprit.
    If that does not help, please try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hi Yigit,
    I deactivated all the plugins and the culprit seems to be Jetpack, which is not ideal, as I need that plugin for variety of things and it is the most useful one from WordPress. Do you think there is a bug somewhere as there was a recent update on Jetpack? Hopefully you can look into that and get it sorted and let me know.

    what if you activate only Jetpack plugin? unfortunately we can’t provide support for 3rd party plugins. However, what is Jetpack support saying about it? We will notify Kriesi about it if the problem persists, so please let us know about any further information.
