Hello all,
Is there a way to remove the require function in the forms? Right know state/country is required but I want to disable it. So the user can leave this blank if the want.

I'm not sure where you could change that. As far as I know the admin option isn't available so it would need to be done in the plugin files.
You might want to check the WooCommerce forums as I imagine this kind of thing has been asked before if not already answered in some form.
