I’ve added the Google Maps API Key to the Enfold settings on this website: https://mandelkind.pizza.
As you can see, the map on the homepage is also displayed correctly – indicating that the Google Maps API Key is correct (if not, the map wouldn’t be displayed).

But if I add a new maps media element in the Avia Builder and searching for an address for geocoding it, I always receive the “Google changed how maps work” error – despite the fact of the correctly added Maps API Key.

    How to solve this issue?

FWIW: Running WordPress v4.6.1 together with Enfold v3.8

    Hi,

A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. Update the new API key(in private content) in Enfold > Google Services for testing purpose.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

    Thanks for your cooperation :)

    Best regards,
    Vinay
