Strange column behaviour in FireFox

Hi!

After upgrading to Enfold 3.2 I have customized a bunch of columns with frame, background color and round corners.
When viewing the website in FireFox the content of the columns jumps up when hovering.

I have added the following configurations to the columns:

1. Equal hight
2. Padding: 2%
3. Frame: 1px
4. Radius 5px
5. Background color.

Any idea how to fix such behavior in FireFox? Or tell me what causes it.
