since installing the theme I'm getting the numbers "12345" showing up on the site title but I when I go into general settings to change it it doesn't show up in the site title box.

the strange thing is it only appears on the "home" page.

that is the tagline. You can edit it in "Settings" > "General" of your wordpress admin section (not the theme options).

Hi ,
Try to check wp-content\themes\choices\header.php and find this line of code:
<!-- page title, displayed in your browser bar -->
below it, you should see something like this:
<title><?php bloginfo('name'); ?> | <?php is_home() ? bloginfo('description') : wp_title(''); ?></title>
if it's not replace it with this code. Hope this helps. :)
