    Hi,

On my site the behaviour of the columns is strange. When I narrow my screen, it switches from 4 to 2 columns, that’s okay. But the images in the columns don’t stay the same size.

How can I resolve this? I want each image to stay at the same size, smaller is okay, but even.

    Regards,

    Erwin

    Hey erwin_m,

I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Hi Andy,

Thanks for your reply. I’ve disabled the caching-plugin and did a hard refresh, but this didn’t helped me. So I’ve disables all other plugin’s also accept “Limit Login Attempts”. This didn’t helped eather.

    Do you have other suggestions?

    Regards,

    Hi,

did you switch off caching before you deactivate caching plugin? this is important, otherwise caching will still go on.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Hi Andy,

I did first switch it off, deleted the cash and then disabled the plugin.

My credentials are in the private section. Of course you can disable plugins as you like, just started testing with it. I’m curious about what it could be..

    Hi,

There is an unwanted paragraph tag in between the second and third column. We edited the page, moved the columns around then moved it back to its original position. Please remove browser cache or hard refresh the page.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
