    Hello,

I was wondering if it would be possible to allow the user to switch back and forth with a click to two different stylesheets? For example I don’t use the submit news link, and I was thinking I could put a link “Light / Dark” which would allow the user to be able to decide between a white background (newscast-light) and the dark gray background (newscast-dark). This setting would stay till they decided to switch to the other.

    Would this be possible?

This is a little beyond the scope of the theme. But I will elevate this to someone else because I know in some of Kriesi’s demos there is a style switcher, and it might be some WP plugin.

You can have a look at this tutorial: http://net.tutsplus.com/tutorials/javascript-ajax/jquery-style-switcher/

We can’t help you with the modifications though…

Just in case anyone else is looking for this. I wasn’t able to get the above script to work. Worked fine on a basic HTML site but would not function in the WordPress environment. Reading through the discussion on the tutorial and it’s a common problem with no clear resolution. I also tried the A List Apart Tutorial: http://www.alistapart.com/articles/phpswitch/ – but it also didn’t work in the WordPress environment.

So I’m stuck at the moment!
