I don't know if the problem is my set up on brighbox or in the adobe pdf form - could you help? Here is the problem:
On my site (fivestardecorating.com), under 'employment', I've added a pdf form to the main area of the page. It opens when you click on it and it allows you to input the information and send it back. When it is sent back to me, though, it returns as an xml file and not as the pdf form.
Is there a way to have this resend as a pdf?

Hi garrettf2000,
I'm not sure we can help with that. You can check to see if the theme is somehow interfering with the PDF by adding it to a plain HTML page (separate from wordpress) or by changing the theme to one of the default wordpress themes (twenty eleven etc).
