I think having a "Known Issues" thread would be a great thing for this forum. Newbies can quickly go there to check for their problem before posting. This will also give confidence that you know what the problems are and that you care about fixing each of them.
Also, you're at the point with the theme where we do have some known issues and are patiently awaiting an update to fix them. A status on when the update will be released, what fixes will be included, and possibly list some altogether new features.
Kudos on your addition of the videos btw and I've always thought that having a forum away from themesforest for support was an outstanding idea. We just need a little better support here :p ;)
