I think having a “Known Issues” thread would be a great thing for this forum. Newbies can quickly go there to check for their problem before posting. This will also give confidence that you know what the problems are and that you care about fixing each of them.

Also, you’re at the point with the theme where we do have some known issues and are patiently awaiting an update to fix them. A status on when the update will be released, what fixes will be included, and possibly list some altogether new features.

Kudos on your addition of the videos btw and I’ve always thought that having a forum away from themesforest for support was an outstanding idea. We just need a little better support here :p ;)

    Thanks!

    Sounds like a great idea!

Known Issues should also probably be linked to a changelog so updates are easy to make if you’ve modified theme files.

I’ll pass this over to Kriesi as he’ll have final say.

Maybe a simple question, but what is the best way to update the theme?

I suggest to use a ftp program to update your theme. Backup your theme folder (rename it or download it to your harddisk and delete the theme folder on your server afterwards). Then upload the new unzipped/unpacked theme files to your themes directory. If you made any css/php/js changes you need to modify the new theme files again. Please don’t use WordPress auto installer.
